At what point will people stop making this argument. You bring up Trump trying to blame Obama for covid...how did that turn out? He lost the election.

All the polling shows republicans are being blamed for the shutdown. If not for the Trump admin going directly to the Supreme Court about this, those funds would be available today. There is no spinning this. There is no trap card to play. This is a disaster for Trump, at a time when his already bad approval ratings are falling.

It seems like the funds will be disbursed soon. The Jackson ruling on this is basically just saying follow the correct protocol, where's the money, etc. But "soon" isn't good enough for struggling people in the winter.

Republicans own the shutdown. This was shown on Tuesday beyond a shadow of a doubt. They literally run every sector of government right now. It's not maga voters turning heel it's the mountain of non-voters finally realizing they can catch strays whether they participate or not. I have been looking into this heavy....the amount of folks who stayed home in 2024 is staggering.

If you stay your ass on the fence you'll end up in the crossfire too. Best bet is to get in and fight.
