Yep, and a lot of this has to do with how paranoid and delusional they are when it comes to Black representation. They really do believe that Blacks and Mexicans are taking over, so they over estimate how much everything benefits us not realizing that Black people really are still only 13% of the population, and that even when a program benefits us, statistically, it's more likely to also benefit non-Blacks, and specifically Whites. There's a great book by Heather McGee, called "The Sum of Us: What Racism Costs Everyone..." about how White people's racism has historically and consistently led to them shooting not only others but themselves in the foot. The best example of this was White people closing down all pools when they found out they had to share a pool with Blacks, so in the end for like four years, all the pools were closed, so nobody got to go swimming lol. That example really sums up White voters now.

It wouldn't surprise me if you go through his social media (and others like him) that you'll find something about "owning da libs" which is why I have no sympathy. Oh, and once he finds another job and moves on he'll be back to voting Maga come 2028.

Sometimes I wonder what it would actually take for white people to snap out of the MAGA trance. Losing your job? Losing your home? Another Depression? Starvation? At what point do they realize Trump is actively harming them and change how they vote?

Hard to say honestly. In my opinion, Trump is the most successful cult leader of all-time. I'm being dead serious, not hyperbolic.
The MAGA movement has ensnared the minds of hundreds of thousands if not millions in this country. A lot of them don't merely see Trump as president, but as America's (white) savior. I saw memes made by Trump supporters depicting him as a king long before he put out that drawing of himself wearing a crown earlier this week.
Back in 2016 when I watched as he said "I could shoot somebody in Times Square and not lose any votes" and the crowd laughed and cheered, that's when I knew we were in trouble.
