I read this back in 2021. Deserved WAY more attention than it got.

I forget the exact details, but in the book Mary described a story which entailed Fred Trump taking a relative of theirs to visit the grave of another relative and instead of mourning, Fred was bragging and chuckling about how good of a deal he got on the grave site
