It is so simple that it is worrying that so many cannot understand it.

Example:

If I tweet: "We will bomb North Korea tomorrow morning" nothing will happen.
If Trump tweets: "We will bomb North Korea tomorrow morning" everything will happen.

You are confusing the moral question with the effect question. And even then the effect informs the moral argument to some degree.

The effect (side-effect) argument says that the President should not say things like that because the negative side-effects will be significant and will be widespread.

Learn to break things down. Learn to rationalize. Mixing moral questions with material effect questions is confusing you.

They HAVE to impeach him at this point.

The Democrats just need to say "He is openly fukking racist and cannot serve the non-White people of this country" and vote for impeachment.
