there are openings..it seems..but good god the lawyers and ultimately the supreme court would take fukkin forever to rule on this.
a bunch of the cases that leave openings were 5-4 cases from the 1800's into the early to mid 1900's. it would take a state to make a law about it first (texas?), then have it challenged by perhaps the fed to the supreme court and some attorneys or justices in ruling could go as far as to bring up the Slaughter-House cases (1873) to form a basis on decision.

while i would enjoy the irony and the dumb faces of dominican lawmakers confronted with millions of people that the us just dumped at las americas airport, the supreme court would end this nonsense with the quickness. thankfully, the us, for all it's faults, is not a banana republic.
This was the same nikka that was RECRUITED by Harvard Med School at 20, was put in charge of the medicaid system at 24 and went beast mode before being put in charge of the entire Louisiana university system at the age of 28. All he has to do is win an election. Sooner or later 1 or 2 of those Supreme Court Justices will be coming off the bench. Ginsburg could be one. shyt, she's like 82-83.
Stack the deck with another conservative, then take the case to them after. Argue 'original intent' and pretty good chance it can be changed without amending the Constitution. It's not as hard as people make it out to be.
