That last part is probably the worst of it. The SCOTUS limited the ability of lower courts to block unconstitutional laws; they can only block them for named plaintiff....not across the whole country.
In other words, a federal judge could issue a nationwide injunction saying,
"This law violates free speech, so it cannot be enforced anywhere in the U.S. while the case proceeds."
protecting everyone, even people who weren't part of the lawsuit.
After the SCOTUS ruling:
Federal judges can only say something like,
"This law can’t be enforced against the plaintiffs, this specific civil rights group and its member....but the government can still enforce it against everyone else."
If someone else wants protection, they’ll have to file their own lawsuit, or join a class action, or wait for the Supreme Court to step in.
The facists are consolidating federal power.
