Anyone that claims they are an undecided voter is either not voting, or a Republican that is too embarrassed to admit it.

I'm guessing because of the extremely low representation of these groups in STEM fields already. These policies will ensure these minority groups representation stays in the single digits. Because of how the visa lottery system is rigged your guaranteed to get immigrants from two specific nationalities for the majority of these visas.
