It wouldn’t take shyt to make policies that benefit everyone; free healthcare, free education all the way through college, change how schools are funded as that tax shyt is racist in how it’s set up, more social programs, push this back to a country for the people and not for corporations, make lobbying illegal. Remove institutional racist systems(a level playing field don’t mean shyt is bad for you, just everyone gets a fair shake), reform the police, reform the criminal justice system , put these companies on notice that they bullshyt ain’t gonna be tolerated and so on. If equality for all is seen as oppression to you then we already know where you stand.
