I'm of the opinion that getting information from a foreign source, however unseemly isn't a crime. And I don't even think it should be. If HRC is a criminal, it aint because of that, imo. Getting anything "of value" from a foreigner is said to encompass information, and I suppose it could- but it seems like a stretch to me. I don't know if it's been tested in court.

I have to agree and disagree; she did come to power. She had the power to kick off the scandal that's dominated the last 3 years of American politics. Her connections in the state department, in Austrailia, and who knows where else made all of this possible. What she did absolutely mattered. But she would have been that much more powerful if she were president. We'll see how powerful Trump is or isn't in the next year or so.
