Demand a primary and build off the momentum of a candidate that was actually selected by an invigorated base who was demonstrably different than the current President people were done with. There should have been outrage that the base was not allowed to pick their representative. Not this weird wave of conformity.

There wasn't any alternative to an emergency primary, the party conceded a Trump victory as Harris never had a realistic path to victory.

That's also really why none of these young Democrats with a name or swing state Blue Governors signed on to be her VP and they had to dig up Tim Walz btw.

I do agree with you that looking at it now, Kamala wasn’t given the best opportunity to succeed like she should have… because Biden pulled out to late… because Dems were pressuring him… because the media was calling him old and Dems washed… etc etc etc



Kamala did have one sure and true path to victory that would’ve helped her a lot if more people had it… common sense.

I think she seized this moment specifically because she understood this was the closest she'd ever get, regardless as to whether or not she actually had a chance at winning. I think she knew she's nowhere near the best candidate for the job and didn't push for a primary herself (she could have done this) because she knew she wouldn't have won there.

There was no alternative universe for us, it was a very simple choice… Vote to not put Trump back in charge of the government.

- Kamala didn’t have billionaires backing her

- Kamala actually had policies that actually made sense unlike Trump that didn’t have any AT ALL

- Kamala wasn’t raping bytches and hanging with pedos

- Kamala didn’t start an insurrection when she lost a footrace
