Republicans aren’t pushing the “they’re both the same” story around. They want their guy in no matter what. I mean first of all it’s Donald Trump. People liked him before he even considered a presidential run. Also he’s feeding the unintelligent side of that party exactly what they want to hear and he’s doing his best to help the republicans that have money.
