@the cac mamba :sas2: I remember us having a back and forth about the possibility of this in the future. Just sayin' :manny:

Trump's DOJ gears up for crackdown on marijuana
BREAKING: President Trump’s Justice Department will release a report this week that is expected to link marijuana to violent crime in preparation for tougher federal sentences for marijuana use, even in states where it is legal.

Sessions lied about meeting with the Russians and he lied about claiming that he hadn't discussed the campaign with them.

That's the EXACT same reason why Michael Flynn was forced to resign.

They need to get this man out of office. Between this, the maximum sentences thing, and the seizure of assets thing, I have trouble seeing how another choice would be worse.

:mjlol: to the they're all the same crowd (which led to voting for the wrong people or not voting at all) who gonna get jammed up and fukked by this.
:mjcry: to the people who voted to continue what little progress we've been making (or stasis) and are gonna get jammed up and fukked by this.

always remember that it is easier to destroy than to build.

be safe out there brehs.

oh and before our professional trumpset trolls start: if the obama justice dept was doing the same thing then why the need to crackdown? why can't they just continue his "harsh" policies?

Not a partisan thing, even the article says there is bipartisan support for medical MJ reform

IIl oppose anybody from the administration or otherwise that wants to interfere with state policy,” he told The Hill this week.

Paul is part of a bipartisan group of Senators pushing legislation to allow patients to continue accessing medical marijuana in states where it is legal without fear of federal prosecution.

Legislation introduced last month by Sens. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.), Cory Booker (D-N.J.), Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska), Al Franken (D-Minn.), Mike Lee (R-Utah) and Paul introduced — known as the The Compassionate Access, Research Expansion and Respect States (CARERS) Act — would amend federal law to allow states to set their own medical marijuana policies.
It's a typical group of influential people trying to regress. A poster waa right, Roget Stone, and all the alt/indy media pundits and their callers and their guests are anti-MJ prohibition. So again, this is not some partisan deal...this is a status quo regime fighting to keep the business model of their friends and associates in place.

What you saying. I'm anti-prohibition, and being Citically Objective I'm totally against Don Cheeto going backwards.

He's dealing with his law and order stance vs the state legalized business model stance. Here is the thing, right now the laws are so confusing across the board, that it is going to require federal reform, so Congress needs to step up and put legislation on his desk....otherwise we just in this twilight zone.

To be honest, Sessions is going backwards, but he's not technically/legally out of place......so again, its Twilight Zone situation. Nonetheless, personally I'm all for state's rights in this situation.....but legally it's all over the place.
