BS. Protection from Racial discrimination is provided by the 14th Amendment which this bill will have no affect on.
You do have rights that are supposedly protected by law. I'm not saying that happens all the time, but they are there. This amendment actually strips rights away from others. How many lawsuits have you seen come for racial discrimination? There have been many. As a matter of fact that was one of he biggest propulsions of the civil rights movement. I'm not saying that these laws were written for us to benefit from them, but the fact that they are there gives us some legal recourse. Otherwise, all these protests, twitter vids, and movements mean nothing. They happen to stoke convo and get legislation passed.
Removing that right from these individuals sets a dangerous precedent, and apathy about the group it affects allows things like this to happen easily. We don't want that to happen to us. So all I'm saying is don't turn a blind eye to these types of things because we can easily be the next targeted demographic.
