No it's not. This idea that college = progressive is bullshyt. College-educated white men vote Republican. College-educated white women lean Republican unless they are single.
I don't even know what unapathetic means in this context. Black people of all educational backgrounds lean left. If anything, more affluent black people have the most conservative leanings. Uneducated black people may talk conservative but never vote like it. However, the voting patterns between black and white people decrease to a 33% gap at the higher tax brackets. It's much larger at the lower rungs.
