Ie. a foot braes that cost 20$ being billed to medicare for 500$. This bill cuts that and will inevitably drive health care cost down in the long run.

Under the precedent Trump is setting, the next Democratic president can unilaterally dismantle DHS, defund and shutter every component agency he doesn’t like, RIF hundreds of thousands of employees (including ICE agents), and ignore congressional directives to the contrary. That’s how it works now.
