I think this is exactly it and a detailed analysis needs to be done on this because this mostly explains why cacs do what they do.
Because they don't face any real challenges so they do stupid stuff like mess with sharks, jump out of airplanes, go on safaris to mess with Elephants and Lions, and go camping in the woods to mess with bears to feel some excitement among other foolish things they do.
Also it's because cacs don't respect anyone or anything so boundary disrespecting seems to be genetic to them.
So when they inevitably get attacked by sharks, bears, elephants, lions, etc..they want the animals destroyed. Because they found out that their whiteness wasn't a magic shield in the wild, they had to face the consequences of their actions and now they're angry about it.
