I used to be a delivery driver for Pizza Hut in the hood. A lot of fukkery. Drivers would get "robbed" on Friday nights the store would get "robbed" right before closing. Dudes would serve during their deliveries. This one cat had me going to bus stations with him looking for his mother in law who owed him money because she was a fiend. Chicks used to offer p*ssy for a free pizza. I took an overweight latina cook home one night and we ended up making out in my car on some random shyt. Then she tried to get me fired the next day. It was like anything goes back then. Hardly wore a uniform, would cheat on hours. Had a gay manager who would brag about his exploits, so they wouldn't let him make pizzas..

That’s not a Detroit accent, most apartments complexes don’t look like that in the D anyway. It’s way too open and way too green. Sounds like a Missouri accent, but that don’t look like the Lou. Probably KC MO or maybe even Wyandotte in Kansas.
