Trying to get back into the mid to higher 160's after slimming down. I just learned nuts are calorie dense (i'm gonna snack on those like crazy again :blessed:)

I'm super new to the whole trying to get to/maintain a certain weight, I use to just go with it, But I need to bulk back up.

Tips brehs? :lupe:

Any sort of nuts (pause)...almonds, peanuts, cashews, pecans, etc. All are high in calories and good for you. Same with peanut butter.

That's a lot to eat.

While nuts are filling... you can eat 500 cals of them as a snack easily throughout the day.
