shyt can be done but people want instant gratification and cannot take responsibility for their own actions. They try for a little bit, don't see any results, and then decide "fukk it" I'll eat what I want...then when they think about their ideal/goal body or self image depression and feelings of regret set in and the vicious cycle just repeats itself. Work on the underlying causes of your inability to accomplish and stick to short/long term goals, as well as the choices that you're making in your life and then try and read up on some nutritional information.

Eating healthy is not hard. I actually get to eat everything I like in different variations salmon, chicken breast, eggs, chicken wings, ground turkey, steak, ground beef 93% lean. With a shyt load of broccoli, green beans, peas, carrots, oatmeal, tomatoes, onions, garlic, spinach, lettuce, cheese.
