Trying to gain 10-15 pounds...any solid diet plans/workout splits?

muscle memory is a wonderful thing.

You will put your muscle back on in a matter of months.. at least that's what happened to me.

I dont have workout splits but in 2013 when I got out of jail @Malcolmxxx_23 I was 160. I started drinking protein/weight gainer 3 times a day and ate 3 really big meals. I also hit the gym 3-4 times a week

I went from 160 to 225 in about 2 year's. I'm currently 250 and need to get rid of 25 pounds which I can do being that the finals are over.

How much weight did you drop? Or you just toned everything up?
Didn’t have to drop weight I just lost muscle from not lifting. I did not put on weight or a considerable amount during quarantine.

got back in the gym, started lifting again, a little bit of cardio to have a visible 6-pack etc
