Yeah I’ve been trying zero sugar drinks but it hasn’t killed my intense want for sugar stuff. I’m scared I’m going to relapse even harder soon and kill the progress .
Well part of it is having a good healthy food pratices aswell as having a form of self control and willpower.
For me, I grew up broke and couldn't really have snacks unless someone provided it. So that self control towards stuff I dont necessarily need became natural but substituted by other cravings that I had, salts fats, juice etc. When I got a Lil money, I never went OD on buying them but I had the itch for it through processed sugars by making sugary fruit drinks. I'm no dietician or nutritionalist but what I can say to you breh, is find an alternative. Don't treat it like a brown rice and spinach diet, where you feel compelled to eat right. Just make it less of a priority when you go to the grocery.
