I swear this shyt has me ready to punch the fukking wall in.
Decided to go the Killa Mike route and open a Savings with Mechanics and Farmers Bank (The black bank in Durham) and this is easily the most frustrating experience ever!
First I open up an ALLY Money market account because I'm going to have my savings account with M&F and shut down my old Ally Savings account
I literally setup up my money market account and closed my savings account in less than 10 minutes, no problems. Now I'm like let me setup the M&F account online.
I have been on M&F website for 5 hours trying my BEST to support. First it took me 30 min to get past the agreements. They force you to read them agree to terms. No problems. But the agreement button is greyed out and I cant advance. Turns out its Google Chrome (which it does not tell you is incompatible) so i restart the application on IE. After filling out my personal info I had to go to lunch, come back at 4, now i can't log back in and finish my app. The user name account info they email me is not logging in. So now i'm like fukk it let me start over but I can't cuz my SS is in their system and they are not letting me start over so I dial customer service who apparently is closed.
Does anyone know of a good black bank I can invest in cuz these M&F Mfs don't want my money.
