Use the $20 MIR towards a 1TB-2TB HDD later on and you willl have a PC upgradeable all the way up to the 4790K. You might have to downgrade the bios on the motherboard to enable overclocking if you get an unlocked CPU. The Power Supply is overkill now, but leaves you with headroom for the future.
