TSC Brand Split

I can't be the only one that thought this thread was about a brand split in TSC itself

IMO there should be identities for the brands. Smackdown was the wrestling brand around 02/03, then the "cool" brand with popular babyface characters like Eddie, Rey, Cena, RVD, Undertaker, Booker T, Teddy, Taz, APA, Dudleyz etc around 04/05. Raw was more heel heavy and was the prestigious, professional brand filled with "Vince's athletes". Evolution, Bischoff, Goldberg, Edge, Kane, Benoit, HBK, La Resistance, Shelton, Maven, etc. But all that changed when Cena and Batista swapped brands. I think they should turn Smackdown into the "wrestling" brand again and Raw the "entertainment" brand. Get all the workhorses on SD and all the characters on Raw (there are some good at both but their characters/stardom are too hot to not be on Raw). I also added NXT talent who are ready to be called up at any time

Only problem is SD would be too piff while Raw's roster stops being dope around the midcard, and I doubt the writing will be good enough to really have Raw be the "entertainment" brand

I think there is. Put Reigns on Raw and Ambrose on Smackdown as the top star on the brand and it could work.

All the Divas (Since it's a 3 hour show there will be more time to have more than one feud going on)

I think whatever happens I'd keep Roman and Ambrose on the same brand as the two top faces... they've basically become the blood brothers, the unit that sticks together, the Mega-Powers. And of course, it'd make for a good storyline when "THE MEGA-POWERS EXPLODE!!" (Vince voice)

supposedly was taken off tv to be forgotten about so they can completely change their characters...been going on a little too long imo

They're still going to be bland and forgettable. How the hell did Primo last so long on the roster? He lasted longer than Carlito.

non existent lol. and if you split the roster down the middle it will water raw down even more because you take stars from raw and put them on smackdown. both shows are trash already but the ceiling is lowered with a brand split.

this is just me with no hope in wwe in a perfect world they could make 2 great shows with a split + some nxt help

lol nah i think if you split it would create more interest. It would force them to build around more than just Reigns

def opens up the door a bit. i started back watching in 09 when the split was still in effect and Smackdown was so ass to me. i cared about it then just as much as i do now.

its kind of tough to have like 8000 people fighting for one belt though so the split needs to happen. or at least just have Show-exclusive titles but anyone on the roster can get them
