It doesn't exist. X-Pac was super crazy over as a face in 1998-1999 until he turned on Kane, and then he was super over as a heel until he left. People hated him, but they enjoyed hating him and he never lost his heat. What is described as X-Pac heat is when people groan and are silent and just want someone to go away. That never happened with X-Pac. People were always on his ass.

Because he was 180 pounds, not a good promo, and the main event scene was dominated by Rock and Austin, two genuine superstars. That doesn't mean X-Pac wasn't over. He was never lacking in heat, which is the opposite of turn the channel/go away heat.

He ended a lot of house shows doing the beer bash with Austin in 1998. People forget that X-Pac was as over as anyone that wasn't Austin or Rock in 1998. He was definitely much more over than Mankind was at the time of Mankind's main event push.
