He's between 2 and 3. He could beat Del Rio or Rusev on any given Smackdown and no one would bat an eyelash.
Reigns is absolutely in tier 0 according to WWE kayfabe. How many times has he beaten Wyatt and Rollins clean? They can't be in same tier. They got Reigns easily taking out Sheamus, Del Rio, Rusev and Barrett at once. They always mention on air that Reigns was "on the verge of beating Brock" at Mania before Rollins cashed in, and he's going over another tier zero guy HHH to win the title at Mania. What more evidence do you need?

Moreso than Wyatt for sure.
The fact that he isn't SPECIAL. the tier zero guys are barely even parts of the roster. I mean look at those names you can't tell me reigns wouldn't be a HUGE OUTLIER If you included him. he is a strong tier 1 but no way he's zero, not a chance.

So just say tier zero is part-timers only then. Its not even about how strong they are because Reigns could beat any of those guys and it wouldn't be a shock. Lord knows he's been booked to be stronger than STING, that's not even a debate.

Sting lost at mania, to hhh hogan....hbk...Nash...hall...syxx...billy gunn...road Dogg....and hhh STILL shook his hand respecting him ....and he got a hhh match with no real buildup because he was defacto tier zero
No chance sting gets lower
No chance reigns gets higher
Honestly I shouldntve moved bray. Dude might take L's but he's unquestionably formidable and is facing Brock and brock takes him serious
If he's not in tier 1 he should just have a tier of his own, because he might not contend for the title but he's involved in big time feuds year round and has/will have faced Cena, Taker, and Brock back to back to back at Mania's. But at the same time they sometimes don't have anything for him and just stick him in any random feud

Sting lost CLEAN to Seth Rollins, fool.
Reigns beat Seth clean on more than one occasion and it was never treated like any kind of upset. Reigns was always the favorite even while Seth was champ.
I dont think you realize the strength of the rocket they have strapped to Roman's ass to try to get him over. He almost never lost or took a pin with the Shield even as heels, and he has never been cleanly beaten in his entire solo career
He's above everyone in kayfabe world.
He's Jake Roberts basically.
Except for Brock, hhh, sting, taker, and rock.
