Dude became one of the first victims of HHH and his ryzing reign of terror (Don't ask me how!). I definitely was looking for Test to break out bigtime, and held out hope even when he came back for the ECW run. Pretty entertaining in the ring, decent on the mic, and never made me change the channel. I'm going with a 6

Liked Test. Always did. Best big boot in the business. Always had a dope theme. His ECW one stays on my workout playlist.

Very overrated cat. Pushed for too long and was very boring at every interval..only got like 3 moments...the Eddie WM 17 match, the Shane bump, and the Rock 2001 match. That's about it. 4.

Not every rating is equal, even if they are the same number. Test basically spent most of his 6 year career with the WWE has a midcarder, that was very popular for maybe a 1 and a half year period, in a GOAT era of wrestling. Orton has been constantly on tv for SIXTEEN YEARS, and probably 13 of those years directly in the World/WWE title picture
I know there's some recency bias in some of these ratings, but most of Orton's career has been flat out boring, coinciding in some very boring lull periods all these years
