Here is Matt Cardona's appearance for R.O.W.: Reality of Wrestling vs Kenny King. This is where Cardona tore his right pec. (30:25) It looked like a nothing spot and it's hard to tell how he even did it. Timestamped at the interview for those that want to watch the match.

I figured people might actually want to watch the match. You can't even tell when he does it. It could have been after the clothesline to Kenny to the outside but it's hard to tell (30:25). He's definitely favoring it when Kenny gets back in and they do the exchange in the corner. It ends shortly after that with the Radio Silence because he knew he was hurt. You can see Matt feel his pec, likely where the hole was.

Cardona Tweets about it here and stops the video at the clothesline so he seems to be confirming that's how he tore his pec.
