They're saying the firearm was seized in 2019, because they said Surf jokingly went on IG after the police got it and mourned losing his gun. So I'm not sure if this particular gun that was seized was used in the shooting or a seperate gun

What I find interesting is did the police get it from Surf, and if so, how was he out all this time? He was already a convicted felon, unless Jersey gun laws are different. And if they confiscated it from someone else how would they know it was Surf's?

I guess similar to him beating that attempt somehow, they had this case in the works so they let him be.

He even said in an interview he got shot after trying to shoot somebody at 10 in the morning.

Incredibly stupid thing to do at that point in his career. His best friend got killed shortly after that too
