Well fires are pretty much guaranteed now in Cali. Now we have fire season, like how yall got blizzard and tornado seasons

4 of those years with a suit case near my door ready for evacuation for few weeks Issue with big fires is the smoke get in your house/apartment even if youre far away so even if you not running from the hazard youre still effected by it by breathing it.

Rains a lot but we dont really get thunderstorms. It doesnt stop your day. Typical winter is a high of 45 low of 35, typical summer is a high of 78, low of 68, one week a year will be over 90, one week a year will have snow. We have the best summer in the entire country
