lets be honest, how many folks had the dolphins being 10-5 or being in playoff race at this point going into this season

in the normal timeline this was supposed to be the year he develops enough to take over for Fitz
but because they're in the playoff race a wrench was thrown into the plans and they moved him along in the process

Right no one did. But they are there now, and should be improved again with a good offseason. Do you possible impede that by seeing how tua develops, or do you try and get someone else in there? He’s been benched twice now in 8 games, so clearly they have some reservations. You can’t keep playing musical qbs, so at some point you need to make a decision. Gonna pull him 3-4 times this season (you know he’s getting pulled in the playoffs if he’s captain check down again) and keep saying “he’s our guy” while he’s riding the pine whenever the goings get tough?

I can tell the scrutiny of this player from a never gon do and never did a damn thing in shyt before type demo.

Entirely to early to say what Tua will become. But as of now it does not look good at all that he has been yanked twice. That's a surefire way to mess with his confidence and for him and organization to start second guessing him and their future together.
