he should be torching the raiders regardless of who is lining up at receiver. We are a week removed from another rookie who had a similar situation and moved the ball up and down the field against them. Tua couldn’t complete a downfield pass. He had one of the all time best situations in college with numerous first round quality wrs and an offensive line loaded with nfl talent. He certainly can develop still, but can a competitive team wait for that?
Analyzing a rookie about anything is incredibly stupid

There's a real trend here on Tua late in tight games. SF set a blueprint challenging Miami's wideouts at the snap, and everyone else is copying it with similar success. Tua is struggling to move past initial reads and buy time for his guys, and instead he's rushing throws...

A decent, serviceable backup QB. Nothing more.

Tyrod had his good days in college just like TUA but those days are gone. There is a reason he got benched twice in a matter of weeks. He is just a backup QB.

Tyrod Taylor had way better physical attributes than Tua

Only similarity they have is they both always hurt.

Minnesota has two little options next year - Tua or Kyler Murray

Figure it out and get one of them over there to revive their careers. It could work.
Tua would only work in like the NFCS where the teams play in domes or in warm enough weather.

Of course, you have to ignore the fact that he gets concussed by a stiff breeze

As a Dolphin fan, Minnesota would be crazy to take Tua. They're better off trading for Anthony Richardson or Kyler Murray. Tua is cooked, his brain scrambled. He's the QB-version of Antonio Brown.
