Again, there is NOTHING new about this. The very first excerpt that I posted outlines the same shyt. The only difference is time has passed and the company has begun operating.
Second, I posted going on two weeks ago his so called "response" to the report in the main thread that you conveniently missed. The company is not profitable as of now for a variety of reasons. Therefore, you cannot LEGALLY assume it will EVER be profitable. To do that would be to essentially guarantee your investment which is a big no-no.

Please quote me where i said the SEC puts people in jail. I specifically said in my "argument" that the fund isn't a scam that the FBI and DoJ would have him in handcuffs. I've said FBI and DoJ in multiple posts. Not the SEC. In fact, I even stated in the other thread the the SEC investigation is still on-going. And yes, the FBI has been involved as well. Where have you been? You are further showing your ignorance towards the fund and the activity surrounding it here.

...you are aware they received a subpoena from the Department of Justice as well right??? They were specifically brought in because the SEC cannot charge. The document you are referring to is their annual filing. It was late. That is the reason why they weren't able to raise capital. The SEC needed to approve it before opening the fund up for more capital. It isn't some report in response to the investigation. The investigation into the fund was for a different reason, hence why the SEC investigation is still on-going.

"As of July 29th, 2019 the Department of Justice concluded its criminal investigation with no findings. The Department of Justice has reported that there will be no further investigation at this time."
You've completely contradicted yourself by saying "they have no reason to investigate" and then saying "he was sending out red flags". They had every reason to investigate. Everyone was screaming scam, fraud, and Ponzi scheme. Those actions are crimes. Hence why the DoJ did a criminal investigation.
