Michigan has BY. Unarmed blacks don't get killed by cops here (not absolutely sure about this but Michigan hasn't had any of those situations in the news) and there are as many nikkas in most surrounding suburbs as there are white people.
Blacks got all the factory jobs and retail jobs in Detroit suburbs.
I know NY is doing it's thang, but I think Michigan is the safest place for black Americans

whenever someone suggests nyc should loosen their gun-control laws, I always wonder "whats the density of people in your area?" .
a guy shooting like this on the majority of nyc 4-way lanes during the day would definitely end up hitting a bystander.
brandishing or shooting someone during a traffic dispute is insane.
i think even in NYC to transport a gun you have to have it in a gun case in your trunk which probably reduces a lot of chances to exercise road rage with a gun.
edit: it's more stringent than i recalled.
