bottles vary
depends on the size and the ratio of dex in it
if you stick with pure robitussin the only active ingredient should be dextro, no guaifenesin. Some have 10mg per ml and some up to like 30. but then it also accounts for how many ml's of liquid is in the bottle. so you're probably going to have to do some math. An average full bottle would be about 350mg.

I don't usually mix anything else. I took some vicodin with it once and i dont think i really noticed a difference

Well Xanax are benzos, which are for anxiety. If you dont have anxiety issues, the only thing ya gonna get is drowsiness or unconsciousness

not straight cbd some cbd heavy flowers/concentrates/edibles though
but from what I understand cbd isn't psychoactive so there is no high to speak of
it's more for pain relief and other health benefits if I remember right+
