One of the film’s producers provides an update on the film’s shooting schedule.
A Tupac biopic produced by Lenton Terrell “LT” Hutton is slated to begin shooting December, according to an Instagram post by Randall Emmett, who is also listed as a producer on the project, per IMDB.
LT Hutton is best-known as a producer for Snoop Dogg, Nate Dogg, MC Ren and others. He has been trying to make a Tupac biopic for more than two years.
Emmett is an established Hollywood producer with credits on such films as 2008’s Rambo, 2012’s End Of Watch and 2013’s Lone Survivor, as well as 50 Cent’s Starz Network program Power.
Emmett also tags 50 Cent in his Instagram post, though the rapper is not listed on the credits on the film’s IMDB page at press time.
Two weeks ago, Emmett posted that casting had begun for the film.
