I'm disappointed Anthony mackie isn't playing tupac again

whats the point of this scene?
it serves no purpose other than dikkriding. real heads dont respect it.
ren & yella probably dont even have their own scenes, but 2pac gets one?

No Pac fan should be ashamed of DU Pac. Ol hating ass nikka foh
A lot of biopics have pointless cameos in them.whats the point of this scene?

This definitely isn't the first and it wont be the last. A lot of biopics have pointless cameos in them. This definitely isn't the first and it wont be the last.
This is essentially a movie about the pioneers of West Coast Rap. One could only assume that they would showcase other west coast rappers in it. Is it necessary? Nope. It's just throwing a treat to the audience.

if you do a movie on the 93-94 Bulls don't you have to mention MJ at some point?![]()
Right... not sure why shyt like this has to have an intricate plot/meaning behind it.
The James Brown movie has an appearance by "Little Richard", the Temptations movie has "Diana Ross" in it... not in major parts but obviously these people have crossed paths with other artists before. It's a small appearance, and its not like Pac didn't meet ALL the members of the group before... so I don't see what's unrealistic about it...

diana ross' appearance in the movie was EXTREMELY relevant to the temptations story.
you cant do the movie without that scene.
A treat to whoever would like it. Audiences are made up of different people. Like I already said, biopics have all types of unnecessary cameos in them.a treat for what audience?
you mean the types that think snoop dogg was a member of NWA?
A mention and misinforming to that degree is two different statementslol.
by that logic, that would mean that 2pac was once a member of nwa
Sure you could. That whole ass movie don't fall apart without them 30 seconds of Diana. I know what you're sayin', but they didnt NEED that to make the whole thing.

Pac rapped with Cube in 92, it ain't far fetched
Pac rapped with Cube in 92, it ain't far fetched

Who even cares about that...
Whether he did a song with any of 'em or not, it's fair to say he probably KNEW all these nikkas anyway and had been around all of them a number of times. It ain't really rocket science... of course, it's a placed 'cameo' appearance, but it's highly unlikely that Pac DIDN'T know all these nikkas personally or met them before. That's why all the analyzing about it is comical
I'd love if we could actually SEE the movie before we start giving reviews on it...
