A) Only he and suge where in a the car. Think about the events that took place before they drove off. Now like i said pac didn't know the skreets but sug did. as much as i wanted believe Pac was alive back in 96 and even up to 2003 (he was supposed to come back 7 years after faking his death because that was statute of limitations or some shyt) it's LONG overdue to accept the fact that dude is dead. He's not in Cuba, it wasn't some FBI assassination, the Biggie vs Tupac doco that came out years ago, i think that's the closest anyone has come to "solving" the murders.
