:ohhh: :whew: that sounds fukkin good.

Went on a health kick for a few months last spring and it was all-turkey everything for a bit. Made it the same way as I used to do my regular burgers. If you like sliders, use some dinner rolls for the buns...trust me, it's a solid football-watch party meal.

Phased the turkey out recently though...wifey wants the beef. :shaq:

the hood butcher shops got some good deals on moe&oink meats (chi town folk know what I'm talking about)

Long story short, moe and oink went out of business and sold all of their meats to the hood butcher shops and grocery stores for the low.

Got 4 turkey patties for $2! A pack of them is $5

:salute: ya hustle :myman:

Turkey Burgers are good, tried one earlier this year, as long as you dress it up as a Burger with, lettuce, cheese, ketchup and mustard it's even better.

Fresh made burgers are everything...beef or Turkey. If you're fukking with frozen patties you don't love yourself as much as you should.

I gave up beef and pork 8 years ago. Been making my own turkey burgers the last few years. I mix the following in a bowl then bbq it.

1 egg
Handful of either shredded parmesan cheese or shredded mozzarella cheese

Half a can
