Nikkas in here overreacting as usual. We don't know the full story. For all we know he could have had a heart attack and die of unrelated causes. That can happen to anyone anywhere. Also every surgery has some risk to it. Things can go horribly wrong in the States just as they can in Turkey. The difference is in the US you'll be left with a huge hospital bill that will bankrupt your family. The biggest risk of hair transplants is infections.
