And regarding harbor freight there's nothing wrong with buying stuff there as long as you're realistic about how you'll use it.
If it's something that you'll use rarely or is very simple mechanically, if money is an issue harbor freight is a good place to go.
If you're using the tool for business or if accuracy is critical then look elsewhere. I wouldn't buy a table saw from HF, but an oscillating multi tool sure.
Any angle grinder attachments/wheels, I'll buy from HF rather than HD or Lowes.
My friend has a Chicago electric drill press he got from harbor freight years ago. Says it still works perfectly, but he only uses it a couple times a month.
