Mannnn, I been making the rounds at the holiday parties.. Its always one. I actually had to put a sister in a uber and send her home asap. I could see the car crash coming and wasnt gonna let her go out like that. Its only two black women in attendance, I go introduce myself, they seem cool enough, we talk a lil, I see her slurring her words already. Petite girl, saying she hungry but she drinking. I already know what it is..Y’all still ain’t learned to show up and not show out at the work functions. The last time someone showed up and showed out at a work function, it was my alcoholic former supervisor.
It ended with her passing out on the dance floor, being wheeled out to her husband, who cussed out coworkers for letting her drink. Sir we didn’t know your wife had issues with alcohol.
From that day forward she couldn’t look anyone in the eye and people never took her serious. She left within a year. There was also videos of all of this as well. What made it so hilarious was the fact that she used to stress the importance of professionalism. Yeah right drunk bytch
My boy comes over and he is like flavor of the year at company, in a couple minutes she already throwing that cat at him. I think it catches him off guard. Then she say she wants to meet her supervisor as she only been at company couple months, I say I know her well but think its bad idea. Then she say she not drunk, lol. I say order a uber I will put in good word, you can say hi for two minutes and then I put you in car to go home. She agreed, I made sure they kept it short, introduced, and sent her on her way.
