I'm turning 29 today and have been having people text me birthday wishes since 12am. Even tho im blessed to still be alive and that people take the time out to wish me well i never really cared for birthdays like that.

Just curious if anyone feels the same when its their birthday.

I think once I turned 10 (30 in human years), my damns went out the door. My wife usually be all wanting me to be all happy go lucky about my birthday, but it's more of being grateful that I'm above ground.

No lie, I'm mentally struggling with adapting to the fact that I'm getting older, even though my spirit feels young as hell. Like I act like I'm 20, but the reality is that I'm knocking on the door called 40

It's weird I don't feel like my actual age.
