i dont know bout your state but in california you dont sign a contract for comcast or uverse

Contract, terms & conditions, etc. I'd be surprised if you didn't find a clause to that effect.

Ya'll aware the Performance Comcast speeds are about to go up to 25 mbps...and the blast speed is about to go to 50 mbps?..
