Just checking what the sentiment was, Source gave adrinaline rush 3 mics, Chance got 5 mics from everyone.

I know old heads like to think every single album dropped in the 90s was a classic, but nah. Music was much better on average but a lot of albums were just good. That’s why I like the fact that the kids don’t give two fukks about my generation and older, and they are basically irrelevant in the game. Cause most of them are nostalgic, I could’ve been in the league ass old heads.

I got why Chance, Saba and Noname for 5 mics from everyone, your typical old heads wont. Just like my parents wondered how I could listen to “garbage” like Jay-z, Nas, Pac and Big, clockwork.

This sounds good and all, but we simply may need to have a convo about the average 80s rapper, they were simple and trash thank god for Ice-T, Rakim, and some others coming along and advancing that simple style that some parents hated. Chance is manufactured trash, whether he came out in 1986, or today. He has no project better than Adrenaline Rush, Kamikaze, or various other Chicago veterans. He makes waiting in Barnes & Noble for coffee while checking tumblr fan fiction music.

No offense to any of y'all, but if you weren't in Chicago or the region during Adrenaline Rush, you wouldn't know the feeling that brought. Some of them albums y'all naming are all classics in their own rights, but what Twista did with Adrenaline Rush could only be done by a Chicago nikka and its 100% Chicago during the 90s.
