is this shyt on TV as well or strictly on peacock? I find it a little interesting some of the music is the clean versions (like ruff ryders anthem) when they semi-regularly drop fukk/bytch/etc in dialogue. I'd think the music would be fair game and be explicit too

just finished season 1
even though its a crapsack world, it feels very goofy like 2 and head on feel.
- i like quiet and johns relationship. the actors really work well off each other
- i get its twisted metal and its intended, but i like all the cameos. especially to see what said characters would be up to in a world like this,
- whoever directed this is clearly not a fan of 3 and 4,
- really curious on the lore of the world and the reason why the map doesnt extend to the east coast
- kinda interesting that

other than the fact that we saw what maarcus was like as a kid, it makes me feel like they tried to take some of the nicer aspects of marcus kane and mix them with needles, but it just feels like a diluted sweet tooth. at least we know that charlie is out there somewhere. hopefully that gets explored

what a fukking waste. what could have been a terrifying puritanical zealot turned into a hedonistic fiend. it doesnt feel like they knew what to do with him, so they let jason mantzoukas do what he normally does with characters

The show is not going to follow the game 100% as evidence of the 2 stars, John was very unimportant and Quiet was created for the show. Anthony Mackie basically did for John Doe what Trevor Goddard did for Kano, and if they make another TM game(long overdue) I expect John to be black and Quiet to be added. As for Sweet Tooth I think Samoa Joe & Will Arnett are doing a great job with the character. This show to me captures the goofy violent nature of the game perfectly.
the thing to me is needles is more of a bumbling goofy killer, not the imposing killer hes mostly seen as. and in a series full of bumbling goofy killers he doesnt stand out as much as he should.
Preacher is the one thing I'm mad about, so much fukkery could of been had. I'm really interested with how the story is gonna play out, are they gonna go the TW2 World Tour route or more the TM2012 route, since shyt hit the fan.
A mix of both would be dope and could mix in a lil aerial combat as well
