Yes, its one of the most used word on twitch chats breh. Same with discord. I've heard white boys use n***-er multiples times on discord when they assume that everyone there is white. I was in a discord channel for trading stocks (wallstreetbets) and there were white and Asian dudes throwing the n***-er word around to insult each other or make jokes.
This is one of the main reasons why I stopped using discord.

I've made a lot of money off that subreddit I'm not even going to cap. I got out of the navy around the time the market crash happened. I had 20k and was planning on moving to a lower cost area of the country (mississippi) and go to school there. I started browing wallstreetbets and yoloed 10k on AMD and ZOOM, flash forward today and I have made 90k breh. I ended up moving to northern cali and living here as a result of having more disposable income.
