Twitter argument: Do black men have privilege?

I've thought about this topic a lot, and I don't know if I can see my supposed privilege as a black male.
Any privilege I have as a male is cancelled out by my "black male-ness."

I supposedly get paid more than my female counterpart; but if I'm not getting callbacks or hiring opportunities from jobs that we both applied to while she gets some (as opposed to a lot more for white folks), does that really mean I have an advantage?

If black men and women are pulled over by the police far more than white folks, but black men have far more confrontational/violent/lethal interactions, where's that privilege?

There's more, and I know it sounds a bit like angry and "cac claiming reverse racism"-y, but I am legit asking where my privilege as a black man lies.

I'd honestly use that privilege to help all black folks rise up.

How many black men in here routinely worry about being sexually assaulted on the way home? How many black men in here have had trouble finding an abortion doctor because of pro-life activism? How many black men in here have been discredited on account of their gender? Of the 67% of AA single parent households, how many do you think are fatherless vs motherless? much like, how a nikka have to worry about getting jumped, shot, robbed, frisked, falsely incarcerated, or killed by police.What can i say, making your way home is quite dangerous.


And speaking of sexualt assualt, women can falsely yell rape, and change the dynamics of a man's life.

Oh, I see. I meant "woman's health issue" as in an issue dealing with a woman's body. Obviously most abortions aren't life threatening, but regardless, it's still a female only procedure, and restriction is disproportionately harmful to women.

Like it's not even the idea of black males having privilege that bothers me, it's the fact that the second you suggest black women also have a certain level of privilege you've said something foul.

Everything that a black man achieves in relation to black women is due to privilege, but everything black women achieve over black men is due to black women just being awesome "get your shyt together black men"
