In fact, I keep a bowl for my freezer to just gather the ice that spills over then I do it with that once its full enough
Like I said, idk it just helped me wake up. Especially after a night of drinking or shytty sleep.
I used to hate getting into work and my eyes tired or puffy. They say it does all this inflammation stuff but I just thought of it similar to a cold shower which I used to take, or an ice mask/ice bath if you played sports. I got annoyed with that especially when it was winter.
Just hold your breath. I dunk about 3 times as long as I can then thats it
