Soap, water and a wash rag will keep you nice and fresh for 3 hours. I'm from the Caribbean where we shower in the morning and evening. But once daily is fine. And most women will do this prior to a date. She'll be good for some hours well with that routine.

I just re-read the comments to your post. Sorry if they came off harsh. I think everyone is a bit shocked....just like I am. I told you the normal shower schedule to let you know that women are clean....we wash our selves regularly. I think that advice from that one female is not a fair reflection.
